CivicReady is an independent educational study tool. It is not affiliated with USCIS or the U.S. government and does not provide legal advice.
Information we collect
CivicReady does not require an account. We do not ask for names, email addresses, immigration status, A-numbers, USCIS receipt numbers, passport information, Social Security numbers, interview answers, contacts, health information, or precise location.
If you choose to allow anonymous analytics, we collect a random device identifier, selected language, learning area, limited study actions, question number, mock-test score, plan interest, and the date and time of the event. We intentionally do not store IP addresses or browser user-agent strings in the analytics database.
Study progress
Mastered and review selections are stored only in your browser on your device. They are not included in anonymous analytics. You can remove local progress by clearing this site's browser data.
Analytics and advertising
Anonymous analytics are optional and off until you make a choice. We use them to understand which learning tools are useful and whether visitors want optional Premium or organization plans. CivicReady does not sell personal information, use behavioral advertising, or include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
Raw anonymous events are retained for up to 90 days, after which they may be deleted or converted into aggregate statistics that do not identify a device. You may withdraw consent or delete events connected to your random device identifier at any time by selecting Privacy choices on the home page.
Payments
Premium payments are not currently active. Selecting an interest button does not create an account, start a subscription, or charge you. This policy will be updated before payment or account information is collected.

The app links to official USCIS resources. External websites have their own privacy practices and policies.
Children
CivicReady is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
You can decline anonymous analytics and continue using the complete free learning experience. Declining does not affect access to the question bank, mock tests, interview practice, or locally stored progress.
Changes
We will update this policy before collecting new categories of information or activating accounts, payments, personalized advertising, or third-party analytics. The effective date will change when the policy changes.
